The Last of the Blonde Bombshells

Synopsis
After Elizabeth's husband passes away, she resumes playing her tenor saxophone and recalls her time at age 15 as a member of the Blonde Bombshells, an all-girl swing band with one male exception. With the help of that exception and encouragement from her granddaughter, Elizabeth tracks down the other former members of the band and convinces them to reunite for a performance. Through the process, she learns more about the band, its members, the roses on the drum set, and ultimately, about herself—as the last remaining member of the Blonde Bombshells.
