The Last Stand
When a high-speed prison break leads to a federal agent being kidnapped and a notorious drug lord fleeing toward Mexico, small-town sheriff Ray Owens must use every resource at his disposal—including his eccentric deputies and a local weapons expert—to stop the chase before it spirals out of control.

Synopsis
Ray Owens serves as sheriff of the quiet U.S. border town of Sommerton Junction after leaving the LAPD following a bungled operation. A notorious drug baron, his gang, and a hostage are heading toward Sommerton Junction, having escaped from the FBI. The police are preparing to make a last stand to intercept them before they cross the border. Owens is initially reluctant to become involved but ultimately joins the law enforcement efforts.
