Synopsis
A covert U.S. operation to abduct a suspected terrorist from his Middle Eastern country sparks a series of terrorist attacks in New York. An FBI senior agent and his team work to track down and neutralize the remaining terrorist cells, while also confronting a rogue Army General and a CIA female agent whose true allegiances remain unclear.
