“Counter Attack!”
Synopsis
Following two gang-related killings in "Center City," a suspect who was wrongly framed is arrested, released on bail, and later murdered. FBI Inspector Briggs recruits a young agent, Gene Cordell, to go undercover in the Skid Row area under the alias George Manly, posing as a potential victim of the same criminal organization. Cordell soon meets Alec Stiles, a neurotic mastermind who is "building an organization along scientific lines." Stiles recruits Cordell, and his assignment becomes increasingly dangerous.
