Synopsis
A serial killer, haunted by the memory of a fatal car accident, uses a variety of tools to murder female tenants of a Los Angeles apartment complex. He then abducts a teenage girl who lives there with her family. As the police begin to question whether the murders are connected to the girl's disappearance, the investigation intensifies.
