The Train
When a cunning French stationmaster teams up with the Resistance to halt a Nazi‑run train loaded with priceless national artworks, he must outwit a ruthless colonel and outrun the advancing Allied forces before the loot disappears forever.

Synopsis
As Allied forces approach Paris in August 1944, German Colonel Von Waldheim seeks to transport France's most valuable paintings to Germany, securing a train amid the growing chaos of retreat. The French resistance aims to stop the theft of their national treasures but have been instructed by London not to destroy them. Station master Labiche, responsible for scheduling the train and ensuring its departure, is also a member of a small resistance group working to prevent the artworks from being taken. Along with others, he orchestrates a complex deception to keep the train from leaving French territory.

Why 2.5×?
Cinemas keep roughly half of every ticket sold, and a wide release’s marketing often costs about as much again as the film — so a movie needs to gross around 2.5× its production budget just to break even theatrically.
