Synopsis
In the rail yards of Queens, contractors are responsible for repairing and rebuilding the city's subway cars. Due to the profitability of these contracts, graft and corruption are common. When Leo Handler is released from prison, he discovers that his aunt has married Frank Olchin, one of the major contractors, who is competing with a minority-owned firm for the contracts.
