Synopsis
After New York City firefighter Terry Lynch is denied compensation for an injury sustained while rescuing a young girl off duty, he becomes suicidal. His brother Jimmy seeks Mayor Tyler’s intervention, but the mayor labels Terry a drunk. In response, Jimmy launches a graffiti campaign featuring mocking slogans aimed at the mayor, which quickly gains citywide attention.
