Biography
Robert Martin Culp was an American actor and screenwriter primarily known for his television work. He achieved international recognition for his role as secret agent Kelly Robinson in the espionage series *I Spy* (1965–1968), which co-starred Bill Cosby. Earlier in his career, he portrayed Texas Ranger Hoby Gilman in the Western series *Trackdown* (1957–1959). In the 1980s, he played FBI Agent Bill Maxwell on *The Greatest American Hero*. Later, he appeared as Warren Whelan in recurring episodes of *Everybody Loves Raymond*. Culp also worked as a voice actor for video games, including *Half-Life 2*. His career, which spanned more than five decades, included hundreds of performances across film, television, and games.
