Synopsis

In a gritty, alternate version of 1985, the era of costumed vigilantes has come to an end due to a government crackdown. When one of the masked veterans is brutally murdered, an investigation into the killer begins. The heroes reunite to prevent their own destruction, but in the process, they uncover a sinister plot that threatens all of humanity.
