Synopsis
A millionaire past his prime and his young wife arrive in Kenya around 1940 to find that the other affluent British expatriates are living extravagantly as the homefront prepares for war. They are engaged in partner-swapping, drug use, and attending lavish parties and horse races. The wife begins a passionate affair with one of the socialites, and the husband discovers it and confronts them. The husband and wife decide to part ways amicably, but the socialite is murdered, and all the evidence points to the husband.
