Synopsis
A girl’s life is altered when she is discovered by Flo Ziegfeld, though not necessarily for the better, as three attractive women experience this after joining a Broadway spectacle: Susan, a singer who must abandon her aging vaudevillian father; Sheila, a vulnerable working‑class woman pursued both by a millionaire and by her faithful boyfriend from Flatbush; and Sandra, a mysterious European beauty whose husband, a concert violinist, cannot tolerate the idea of them escaping poverty by having her appear in revealing costumes.
