Biography

Amanda Wyss is an American actress who began her career in the early 1980s with notable teen roles. She appeared as Lisa in the coming-of-age comedy Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982), Tina Gray in the slasher film A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), and Beth in Better Off Dead (1985). In the mid-1980s, she also played Woody's ex-girlfriend, Beth, in two episodes of Cheers. Wyss later had a supporting role as investigative reporter Randi McFarland in the television series Highlander: The Series (1992–1993).
