Biography

Celyn Jones is a Welsh actor, director, and writer known for his work in film and television. He began his training at the Manchester Youth Theatre and later earned a scholarship to the Oxford School of Drama. In 2019, he received critical acclaim for his portrayal of a real-life serial killer in the film *Manhunt*, earning him the BAFTA Cymru Award for Best Actor. Beyond acting, Jones is also a producer; in 2013, he founded the UK-based independent film and TV production company Mad as Birds. Through his company, he has contributed to the production of various creative projects, showcasing his versatility in the entertainment industry.
