Charlie Carver

Charlie Carver, born Charles Carver Martensen, was born in San Francisco, California, to Robert Martensen, a doctor and writer, and Anne Carver, a philanthropist and community activist. He shares the stage with his identical twin brother, Max, though they have different birthdays: Charlie was born on July 31, while Max was born seven minutes later on August 1. As a child, Charlie moved to a small town in the Napa Valley, a region known for its wine production. It was there, during his school years, that he first encountered acting. He later pursued acting training at ACT San Francisco, the Interlochen Arts Academy, the University of Southern California, and The Imagined Life, a private studio in Los Angeles.
