Biography
Crystal Lynn Bernard is a retired American singer-songwriter and actress known for her work in television. She is best known for her role as Helen Chappel-Hackett on the sitcom *Wings*, which ran from 1990 to 1997. Earlier in her career, she played Amy on *It's a Living* from 1985 to 1989 and K.C. Cunningham on *Happy Days* in 1983–1984. Bernard's career included both music and acting, though she is primarily remembered for her television roles.
