Danny Connelly

Danny is an actor who appeared as Fisherman Dave Ryder in *The Finest Hours* (2016) and as the Building Super in *Boston Strangler* (2023). He also portrayed a police officer in *Poor Glenna* (2021) and *The Trick or Treat Movie* (2017). In addition to acting, he is credited as an Associate Producer for *The Rude, the Mad, and the Funny* (2014). Danny graduated from Florida State University in 1976 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. After working for several national marketing agencies across the United States, he moved to Boston and worked as a club disc jockey. In the early 1980s, he appeared in TV commercials and the series *Spenser: For Hire* (1985–1988). He left acting in 1989 to become a small business entrepreneur, co-founding TEAM Enterprises, Inc., where he returned to his background in experiential marketing. After serving as COO for 20 years, he sold his stake in the company and returned to performance arts. Danny currently resides in the Boston area.
