Biography
Diana Leblanc is a Canadian actress known for her work in television and film. She is best recognized by American audiences for her role as Frannie Halcyon in the TV miniseries *More Tales of the City* (1998) and its sequel *Further Tales of the City* (2001). These miniseries followed *Tales of the City* (1994), in which the character was originally played by Nina Foch. Leblanc's portrayal of Frannie Halcyon continued the character's narrative, keeping her as a central figure in the series' depiction of life in San Francisco.
