Biography
Richard Norton Tufeld was an American actor, announcer, narrator, and voice actor active from the late 1940s until the early 21st century. Known for his prolific work in television, he was one of the busiest announcers in TV history, appearing on numerous shows, award ceremonies, network promos, radio, and movie promotions. Tufeld's most iconic role was providing the voice for the Robot in the 1960s television series *Lost in Space* and its subsequent movie adaptation.
