Biography
Didi Conn, born Edith Bernstein on July 13 1951 in Brooklyn, New York, is known for portraying Frenchy in Grease. Her career includes more than 40 film and television credits, among them The Fonz and the Happy Days Gang (1980), Grease 2 (1982), Benson, Shining Time Station (1989) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999). After her son Daniel was diagnosed with autism, she was appointed national celebrity spokesperson for Autism Speaks on November 13 2008 and has since appeared publicly to educate audiences about the disorder.
