Elizabeth Davidovich

Elizabeth Davidovich is the daughter of immigrant entrepreneurs and grew up in her parents' gym, beginning her career as a performer at the age of 3. She developed a strong interest in both visual and performing arts, choosing Rhythmic Gymnastics as a way to balance sport and art. She competed nationally and internationally until the age of 19, then taught gymnastics and dance for 12 years at eight different venues. She started several after-school dance programs and produced her first film projects as documentaries based on those programs. She co-founded You Are Here Productions and became deeply involved in the independent film community. She secured a production internship in the Film/Media/Broadcast Television department at Georgia Public Broadcasting, followed by an internship as an Assistant Director with Mecca Motion Pictures, and participated in dozens of passion projects before discovering her passion for stunt work in 2005—once again finding the perfect balance of sport and art. She is an active contributor to the film community and a proud member of the Studio Outpost collective. In the summer of 2013, she created Southeast Movie & Stunt House, also known as SMASH, to serve as a specialized training facility for the stunt community and as a production house.
