Biography

Haruma Miura was a Japanese actor and singer who made his acting debut in the 1997 television drama *Agri*. He gained widespread recognition for his role in the 2007 film *Koizora*, for which he won the Newcomer of the Year award at the 31st Japan Academy Prize. Over the following years, he appeared in a variety of notable films and television series, including *Gokusen* (2009), *Bloody Monday* (2009), *Kimi ni Todoke* (2010), *Attack on Titan* (2015), and *Gintama 2* (2018). In 2016, he starred as Lola in the Japanese production of *Kinky Boots*, earning Best New Actor and the Haruko Sugimura Award at the 24th Yomiuri Theater Awards. Miura also launched a music career in 2019 with the release of his debut single, "Fight for Your Heart."
