Biography
Jackie "Jocko" Sims III is an American actor known for his role as Anthony Adams in the film *Crash*. He later portrayed Carlton Burk in the television series *The Last Ship*. Sims also appeared on the NBC medical drama *New Amsterdam*, where he played Dr. Floyd Reynolds.
