Biography
Joe Morton is an American stage, television, and film actor. He is best known for his Emmy Award-winning role as Eli Pope in the television series *Scandal*, and for playing Reverend Arthur Finer on *God Friended Me*. Morton studied drama at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York.
