Eureka, a quiet town in the Pacific Northwest, harbors a hidden secret. For years, the U.S. government has been relocating brilliant minds and their families to this remote community, where scientific innovation often leads to unpredictable consequences. U.S. Marshal Jack Carter arrives in Eureka after a car accident leaves him stranded. When the town's residents accidentally release a dangerous scientific experiment, Carter steps in to help contain the situation, ultimately uncovering the existence of one of the nation's most closely guarded secrets.
