Biography
Jonathan "Nash" Hyde is an Australian-British actor known for his diverse film and television roles. He gained recognition for playing Samuel Parrish and Van Pelt in the fantasy adventure film *Jumanji* (1995), as well as J. Bruce Ismay in *Titanic* (1997). Hyde has also appeared in *Richie Rich* (1994), *Anaconda* (1997), and *The Mummy* (1999). In addition to his film work, he portrayed Eldritch Palmer in the FX TV series *The Strain*. Although born in Australia, Hyde has primarily lived in the United Kingdom since 1969.
