Biography

Park Joong Eun, known professionally as Kogonada, is an American filmmaker recognized for his video essays analyzing film and television. He is best known for writing and directing the feature films *Columbus* (2017) and *After Yang* (2021). Kogonada has received critical acclaim, including a Best Film award at the Sundance Film Festival, along with nominations from the Cannes Film Festival and the British Academy Film Awards.
