Biography
Laura San Giacomo is an American actress known for her roles in film and television. She gained critical acclaim for her performance as Cynthia in the 1989 film *Sex, Lies, and Videotape*, for which she won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female. She also appeared in *Pretty Woman* (1990) as Kit De Luca and in *Quigley Down Under* (1990) as Crazy Cora. Her other film roles include Nadine Cross in *The Stand* (1994). In television, she played Rhetta Rodriguez on the drama *Saving Grace* (2007–2010) and Dr. Grace Confalone on *NCIS* (2016–2024). A BAFTA and two-time Golden Globe nominee, San Giacomo has had a varied career spanning both comedic and dramatic roles.
