Louis C.K. is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and filmmaker known for his work in comedy and television. Born Louis Alfred Székely, he has received numerous accolades, including six Emmy Awards, three Grammy Awards, three Critics' Choice Awards, three Peabody Awards, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. He has also been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards. Recognized for his influence in the entertainment industry, Louis C.K. was listed among Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in 2012 and ranked fourth on Rolling Stone's 2017 list of the 50 best stand-up comics of all time.
