Biography

Mike Epps is an American stand-up comedian and actor known for his roles in various films and television shows. He gained popularity for playing Day-Day Jones in the *Friday* film series, including *Next Friday* and *Friday After Next*. He also appeared in *The Hangover* and *The Hangover Part III* as "Black Doug." Epps provided the voice for Boog in *Open Season 2*, replacing Martin Lawrence, with whom he starred in *Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins*, playing the role of "Reggie," Roscoe's cousin. He portrayed Lloyd Jefferson "L.J." Wayne in the *Resident Evil* film series (2004–2007) and appeared as O'Neil in the Sony's Spider-Man Universe film *Madame Web* (2024). Additionally, he has had starring roles in the sitcoms *Uncle Buck* and *The Upshaws*.
