Biography

Teri Lynn Hatcher is an American actress who has appeared in both television and film. She became well known for her portrayal of Lois Lane in *Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman* from 1993 to 1997, and for her role as Paris Carver in the James Bond film *Tomorrow Never Dies* (1997). Hatcher also provided voice work for Mel Jones and the Beldam in the animated film *Coraline* (2009). She is most recognized for her role as Susan Mayer on *Desperate Housewives* (2004–2012), for which she received a Golden Globe Award and three Screen Actors Guild Awards.
