Biography

Tom Woodruff Jr. is an American actor, director, producer, and special effects supervisor known for his work in film. He received critical acclaim for his contributions to the 1992 dark fantasy film *Death Becomes Her*, for which he won an Academy Award for Best Special Effects. That same year, he was also nominated for the same award for his work on *Alien 3*. Woodruff has continued to work in the entertainment industry, contributing his expertise in special effects and performance capture.
