Synopsis
Jervis Tetch, known as the Mad Hatter, is kidnapping jurors who sentenced him to prison and stealing their hats, with Batman as his ultimate target due to his role in the trial. In a confrontation, Batman and Robin manage to corner the Mad Hatter and his gang, but Tetch traps Batman in plaster of Paris.
