Synopsis
Gotham City faces turmoil when its lease payment is delayed, allowing Egghead to take control. The villain ousts Commissioner Gordon and expels Batman and Robin, leaving the city vulnerable to criminal activity. The Dynamic Duo comb through the city charter in search of a legal way to reclaim Gotham.
