Synopsis
Batman struggles to overcome the Penguin's underhanded campaign tactics as the race for Gotham's mayor heats up. The Penguin employs devious strategies to damage Batman's public image, only to find that the polls may not be as reliable as he thought. Before the Penguin can finalize his scheme, Batman and Robin must stop him.
