Synopsis
Marsha seeks a potion to defeat Batman and Robin in order to steal the Batcave's bat-diamond. The Dynamic Duo track her to her hideout, but after being affected by her concoction, they find themselves in an unexpected negotiation involving two small, caped toads and Commissioner Gordon.
