Synopsis
The Mad Hatter, having escaped from prison, seeks to add Batman's cowl to his collection of hats. Disguised as the Three-tailed Pasha Of Panchagorum at Gotham City's headdress ball, he steals a ruby from columnist Hattie Hatfield and sprays Batman's cowl pink with radioactive paint. He later follows Batman to the Atomic Energy Laboratory, anticipating an opportunity to claim the cowl during decontamination.
