Synopsis

Skeletons believed to be those of Batman and Robin are discovered in an irradiated state at Gotham's Atomic Energy Laboratory, left there by the Mad Hatter. As the city mourns, the villain seizes a valuable ruby from the Golden Buddha of Bergama. But when rumors surface that the heroes may still be alive, the Mad Hatter's plans begin to unravel.
