Synopsis
Batman and Robin track the Penguin and Marsha, Queen of Diamonds, after discovering stolen chain mail suits at their hideout, following clues left by escaped lizards. They intercept the villains at a federal subtreasury where a vault containing ten million dollars in gold bullion has been broken into. Despite the heroes' efforts to secure the vault, the Penguin executes an unexpected and clever escape plan.
