Synopsis
Mr. Freeze returns with a scheme to create a powerful icy weapon, enlisting the help of ice skater Glacia Glaze to capture Professor Isaacson and steal a formula for instant ice. He sends a trained seal named Isolde to deliver a ransom note to the Gotham Police Department, but his true intentions involve eliminating Batman and Robin as well.
