Synopsis

The Minstrel, after failing to defeat Batman and Robin, initiates "Plan High C" by shaking the Gotham City Exchange building and threatening to collapse it if his demands aren't met within an hour. Batman attempts to stop the threat by cutting the building's power, but when that fails, the Dynamic Duo must locate and stop the Minstrel before time runs out.
