Synopsis
King Tut uses resurrected scarab beetles to create an ancient mind control potion, which he uses to manipulate Chief O'Hara and Commissioner Gordon. His plan to take over Gotham by contaminating the city's water supply nearly succeeds when Batman is also affected by the drug.
