Synopsis
The Penguin contaminates the U.S. Mint's ink with a deadly disease, causing panic in Gotham as people discard infected currency. As the money becomes worthless, Bruce Wayne exposes the scheme globally, forcing the Penguin to escalate his plans in a desperate attempt to salvage his fortune.
