Synopsis
The Penguin collaborates with Lola Lasagne, a woman obsessed with parasols, to cheat the Bruce Wayne Handicap by substituting Lola's prized racehorse, Parasol, with a condemned horse stolen from Glu Gluten's Glue Factory. Their plan involves betting on the real Parasol to win, but Batman, Robin, and Batgirl intercept them at the factory. During the confrontation, Penguin escapes and sabotages the Batmobile by covering it in sticky glue.
