Synopsis
Penguin steals a valuable collection of parasols from the Gotham City Library and plans to use the ransom money to win a rigged horse race. With the help of Lola Lasagne, he switches the names and appearances of two horses to manipulate the bets. His scheme is disrupted when Bruce Wayne enters a last-minute competitor, Waynebow, ridden by Batgirl.
