Synopsis
Egghead and Olga, Queen of the Bessarovian Cossacks, conspire to abduct Commissioner Gordon, demanding a ten-cent tax on every egg consumed in Gotham City in exchange for his safety. Batman and Robin investigate, believing Olga may be seeking the legendary Samovar of Genghis Khan, but they discover the villains were expecting them. Olga intends to marry Batman, while her cook prepares a dish meant to trap Gordon and Robin.
