Synopsis
Egghead and Olga, Queen of the Cossacks, steal radium from Gotham City and use it in their "Zapping Machine" to hatch an ancient Neosaurus egg, intending to use the creature to capture Batman, Robin, and Batgirl. However, their plan takes an unexpected turn when the hatched dinosaur proves to be more powerful and uncontrollable than anticipated.
