Synopsis
Horatio is about to testify in a high-profile murder trial when new evidence emerges suggesting the defendant, a city councilwoman's husband, may be innocent. The evidence includes the discovery of a second victim with a similar profile and method of killing. This raises concerns that a serial killer might be responsible.
