Synopsis
Lucy, excited about being in London, is eager to meet the Queen and becomes involved in the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. Ricky receives an invitation to meet the Royal Family at a special performance at the Palladium, but Lucy, despite not being included, is determined to find a way to join him.
