Joey, a charming and still-single man, has moved to Hollywood to pursue an acting career after striking out on his own. He reunites with his high-strung sister, Gina, and moves in with Michael, his 20-year-old nephew, who is an actual rocket scientist and a genius. While Joey may lack academic knowledge, he compensates with strong social skills, making him a valuable and well-suited new friend for his nephew.
